You can record an audio or a combination of audio with video directly onto a document. This will create a video clip that members can play back.
Desktop:
1. Open the file or document.
2. Click the Record button in the top right side, to start the Audio Recording.
3. If you want to Record a video of yourself along with the audio click on the Start Video.
4. Now you can record yourself explaining, editing, annotating a document for the members in your conversation.
5. You can see on options of stop icon, Pause icon, and Recording timer on the toolbar located at the top of the screen.
6. While you record you can always pause and then continue.
7. When you click on Stop icon, a Save Clip pop up box will appear, with options to Save the recorded clip, or Cancel to go back to recording , or Quit Without Saving to exit the recording.
8. Recording will be saved under your Conversation files.
Mobile:
1. Open the file or document.
2. Tap the Video Camera icon on the bottom of your screen, to start the Audio and Video Recording.
3. Tap on the Video icon on the bottom of your screen to select/deselect to record a video yourself along with the audio.
4. Tap the record icon to start/pause your recording.
5. Now you can record yourself explaining, editing, annotating a document for the members in your conversation.
5. Recording timer is on top of the screen.
6. While you record you can always pause and then continue.
7. When you are finished tap on Done icon on the bottom left. You can preview your recording now.
8. You can Tap on Share button to Save the recorded clip or Discard to discard the recording.
9. Your recording will be saved under your Conversation files.
